Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about mental health and wellness, with experience over the past five years in providing a variety of therapeutic services and advocacy. I specialize working with adolescents and young adults, alongside including and supporting families and communities.

My approach to therapy

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my practice. I incorporate cognitive and dialectical approaches for building coping skills and emotional awareness. We'll identify how your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are interconnected, to then address stressors and stuck points from new perspectives with use of cognitive challenging, acceptance, openness, emotion processing, and action steps.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to empower their authentic self and finding their intrinsic worth. With a personalized approach, this may include healing the impact of past experiences, challenging overcontrol patterns, and building a life of value and meaning without the pressure of other's expectations or societal ideals.
