Great to meet you!

Hope has a profound impact on the human experience. If you are looking for hope, I am glad you are here. I have worked with children and families as a school social worker for almost 10 years. As a licensed clinical social worker, I look forward to seeing hope grow in you as you make positive changes towards healing.

My approach to therapy

I use systems-based theory with cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to help individuals, couples and families find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

In our introductory session, I will spend time listening to you and hopefully creating an environment where you feel ready to share your reason and goals for therapy. As we move through the therapeutic process, we will work together to find specific approaches to meet your goals.
