Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults and couples navigating life transitions, grief and unexpected loss, chronic health conditions (including autoimmune disorders), including the unique stressors faced by healthcare professionals and fellow therapists.

I offer teletherapy, which allows us to meet in a way that’s accessible and consistent, wherever you are. I’m licensed in Arizona and Illinois and credentialed through PSYPACT, which allows me to work with clients across 42 states.

For clients who desire it, I’m also comfortable integrating Christian faith into the therapeutic process in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping clients strengthen relationships, heal past traumas, make empowered choices, and build lives that feel purposeful and aligned with their values. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical — we explore patterns and deeper themes while also identifying actionable steps that support forward movement.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most pressing right now, and what you hope might feel different as a result of our work together.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, relationships, and current stressors. You can expect a thoughtful, conversational process.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and discuss what ongoing work might look like. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of next steps.
