A bit about my approach to therapy

With a passion for overcoming the stigma surrounding mental illness, Rebekah aims to afford compassion, implement change, and ultimately reach optimal outcomes in the field of psychiatric mental health. She finds inspiration in the film Life Itself: “Life brings you to your knees. It brings you lower than you think you can go, but if you stand back up and move forward, if you go just a little farther, you will always find love”.
