Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Master's Level Clinical Therapist with over 4 years of experience counseling. I have a wide variety of clinical experiences from a clinic for teenagers with dangerous behaviors, to private practice in a wealthy suburb. My training and research has focused on trauma, complex family dynamics, anxiety, and neurodivergence (ADHD and autism).

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic strategy is a mixture of emotion-focused and solution-focused. My approach to therapy uses my training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and my research and supervision in Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients work with overwhelming emotions and experiences and move forward with intention.

What you can expect from me

Every session will involve checking in with and regulating your body. While I obviously care about your thoughts, your body and your brain are connected. Many of my current clients would describe me as attuned, funny, caring, and insightful. It is my goal for my therapy room to be a place where you can safely go deep and know that nothing you bring me will be too much, too hard, or too scary. I can handle it, and you no longer have to carry it alone.
