Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who cares deeply about helping children, teens, and families feel understood, supported, and capable. My background in school social work has shaped the way I show up: calm, steady, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of young people. I use evidence‐based practices, but I also bring a warm, down‐to‐earth style that helps clients feel comfortable being themselves. I want families to know they’re working with someone who is both approachable and highly committed to their growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and trauma‐aware, with a focus on meeting clients exactly where they are. I create a space that feels accepting and grounded, where kids and teens can explore their emotions without pressure or judgment. I blend practical skill‐building with deeper emotional insight, always tailoring the work to each client’s unique needs and lived experiences. I stay collaborative throughout to make sure support feels consistent and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a relaxed, welcoming environment where they can settle in and share at their own pace. I spend time getting to know who they are, what’s been hard, and what they hope will feel different. My goal is to help them feel grounded and understood from the start, while setting a clear, steady foundation for the work we’ll do together. Clients often leave that first session feeling a little lighter and a little more hopeful.
