Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the eating disorder field since 2021. I have worked in eating disorder treatment centers at all levels of care with both adolescent and adult patients. In addition to my clinical training in eating disorders, I specialize in providing culturally competent care for Jewish-identifying clients. I received my Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Rochester and my MSW from Columbia University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach my work from a Health at Every Size (HAES), anti-diet, and social justice-oriented lens. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology during sessions. In addition, I also offer EMDR on a case-by-case basis.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a firm believer in people’s capacity to heal and grow, and I aim to provide a safe, affirming, and empowering space for that healing and growth to happen.
