Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rebekah “Becky” Roulier, LMHC. I’m a licensed mental health clinician with training in counseling and sport/performance psychology. I specialize in working with young people, athletes, and families, especially those who connect through movement and play. I’ve spent over a decade building innovative, sport-based mental health programs, and I’m passionate about making therapy feel accessible and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, active, and collaborative. I blend evidence-based therapy with movement, play, and performance tools to help clients build real-life coping skills. I focus on resilience, emotional awareness, and confidence—both on and off the field. Above all, I meet clients where they are and adapt therapy to fit their needs and culture.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about connection and comfort. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s going well, and what you hope will change. With younger clients, I prioritize building trust and making therapy feel positive and engaging. Together, we’ll set clear goals and create a plan that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with your values.
