Great to meet you!

Specializing in trauma and attachment issues, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 15 years assisting them with exploring past and current wounds in a deeply compassionate way. Helping clients develop new patterns and pathways, while shedding those that no longer work for them is at the core of my practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a holistic approach, developing goals that encompass healing from within the mind and the body. I pull from my love of nature, yoga and integrative medicine to enhance your discovery of what is most empowering for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away new perspectives on challenges they may be facing, self-compassion, an ability to call on various tools to manage thoughts and feelings and a sense of personal empowerment for handling difficult situations.
