Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I became a mental health provider because I am passionate about helping people regain their life back and having hope for better days. Life can have ups and downs and it's okay to ask for help and to say “this is hard”. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010. Patient's I typically help have problems with anxiety, depression, life transitions, work problems or chronic health problems, and pain.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The types of therapy I offer include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR and Brainspotting. Communities I have experience working with: Single Mothers, Native Americans, Veterans, aging adults and their families. My goal is to help you in feel empowered and move towards a positive path of growth and well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
