Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I treat patients struggling with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, OCD, thyroid disease and hormone imbalance. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. I also provide genetic testing for those patients who have struggled with limited response to medications or side effects.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner I have a wealth of experience in treating a wide range of physical and mental illnesses. My education and experience allow me to take a holistic approach, not only treating mental illness but looking for and treating underlying medical issues as indicated.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy fostering partnerships with my patients to cultivate and promote their overall wellbeing. Let us work together to create a tailored treatment plan specific to your needs. I follow evidence-based practices, prescribe medication if necessary, and offer genetic testing for those interested. I also provide telemedicine/virtual appointments.
