Great to meet you!

I am an empathetic, safe, non-judgmental behavioral health and addiction professional with 13 years of experience. My experience spans addictions, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, relationships and trauma. My clients say I make them feel comfortable expressing their emotions, fears, concerns, goals, dreams, and desires openly.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach to learning, which means we'll work together to find solutions that work best for you. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away skills and hope from our sessions most of all. I want clients to know they are not alone in their struggles or how they feel. Everyone struggles and feels negative emotions, it is what we do with them that counts. Clients that work with me can expect to learn about themselves, their strengths and tools to help them cope and/or overcome their struggles.
