Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins by understanding the connection between the mind-body, emotions, and nervous system. My approach is individualized and integrates evidence-based therapies—including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and somatic psychotherapy—to help clients develop practical skills, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change. With nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals in holistic health then transition to advanced clinical training in trauma-informed psychotherapy, I provide compassionate, collaborative care tailored to each person's unique needs. My goal is to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when they feel understood, supported, and equipped with the right tools. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based therapies with an understanding of how the mind, body, and nervous system work together. I help clients identify the underlying patterns contributing to emotional distress while building practical skills for emotional regulation, resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a supportive, judgment-free environment. I'll ask open-ended questions to better understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll identify a few practical tools that may provide immediate support, discuss a personalized plan for moving forward, and begin building a foundation for meaningful, lasting change. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling supported, encouraged, and optimistic about your path ahead.
