Great to meet you!

If you're a parent feeling stretched thin, a family moving through a hard season, or an adult trying to make sense of what comes next, you're in the right place. My background is in child welfare and social work — I spent years sitting with people through some of life's most complicated moments, and that work shaped the kind of therapist I am: steady, practical, and genuinely invested in what happens when you leave my office. I'm based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and work with adults and families navigating transitions, family stress, and seasons of real uncertainty.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and grounded. I'll work with you at whatever pace feels right, and I'll never push you toward an answer before you're ready to find it. My years facilitating group therapy and training alongside a supervisor with deep psychiatric experience reinforced something I already believed: people move best when they feel genuinely heard, not just managed. You can expect honesty and compassion in equal measure. I'll be real with you, and I'll make sure you feel safe being real with me.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by talking about what's been weighing on you, what support looks like right now, and what you'd want to feel different. You don't need to have it figured out before you come in — most people don't, and that's okay. My goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to start, and to leave that first session with a sense that you're not doing this alone. Therapy can be a place to breathe, reflect, and begin making sense of what comes next.
