Great to meet you!
At my core, I’m a mindful, committed, and deeply caring person. Being a therapist is simply one expression of that—I feel called to help people, and this is the work through which I do it.

At my core, I’m a mindful, committed, and deeply caring person. Being a therapist is simply one expression of that—I feel called to help people, and this is the work through which I do it.
I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable and at ease. My style is relational and genuine—I smile often and incorporate humor when appropriate, because moments of lightness can be part of the healing process.
I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Your goals guide our work, and I regularly invite feedback to ensure that our time together is helpful and aligned with what you hope to gain from therapy.
In our first session, my priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, respected, and informed. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you and understand your background. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel a bit more grounded and have a clear sense of what the next steps might look like.
