I have been a therapist for over a decade, supporting various client types. I have a Master's Degree from Colorado Christian University, and enjoy working with people from various backgrounds. I am EMDR trained, and also enjoy working with various other modalities including IFS parts work and Somatic techniques.

I believe it is very important to have a plan. After our intake, we will create a treatment plan that meets your goals, and our sessions will focus on meeting these goals. I strive to be open about different technique options, making your treatment a partnership.
