Rebekka Lipp

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the Buffalo Area. I work with children, adults, and families to help them identify and work through their unique set of needs. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, psychosis, and difficulty adjusting to stressors and life circumstances. I am trained in multiple types of techniques including CBT, solution focused therapy, PC, DBT skills, and mindfulness practice. My approach is person centered, which means we will work together to find what best fits your needs!
