Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with unique, down-to-earth mindfulness approaches to therapy. I emphasize awareness, acceptance, and a sense of humor in knowing and loving oneself. My therapeutic work integrates evidence-based modalities including Control Mastery Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Buddhist psychology.

I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful trauma- processing modality, and have extensive experience working with clients navigating addiction, chronic pain, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My areas of interest and expertise are supporting individuals as they navigate issues in their lives that have caused suffering, and seeking new skills and solutions. Through deep listening and acceptance of self, one can access resources within that are hidden yet available. Our journey together is to find and use your unique intuition and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're facing a significant life change, struggling with addiction or chronic pain, or seeking to develop greater self-awareness and acceptance, I provide a compassionate, integrative approach tailored to your unique needs and goals.
