Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Reegis. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping people move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling more confident, organized, and in control of their lives. Together, we can work toward creating practical strategies and meaningful change so you can feel more grounded and empowered day to day.

Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or constant worry, or are navigating grief, burnout, ADHD, sleep, or relationship challenges. I help you understand what’s going on and build practical strategies to feel more in control and create lasting change.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone. It can be exhausting trying to manage everything on your own, but support can help shift things. My goal is to help you make practical, meaningful changes so you can feel better and move through daily life with more ease.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and goal-focused. I work with you to understand what’s not working and develop realistic strategies for change.

Together, we break challenges down into manageable steps so progress feels achievable rather than overwhelming. Much of our work focuses on identifying what’s within your control, making helpful behavioral changes, and learning how to recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.

I also believe therapy should be empowering. My goal is not only to support you during sessions, but to help you build tools and skills you can continue using in your everyday life, long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a clear direction for our work together. I’ll complete a brief intake to learn more about your background, current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy.

We’ll also start identifying your goals so we can focus on what matters most to you. I believe it’s important to establish a sense of direction early on, so we’ll begin developing a plan that supports meaningful progress as soon as possible.
