I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Arizona State University. I bring over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including more than five years working as a psychiatric provider in community mental health settings serving patient with severe mental illness.
I have experience supporting individuals with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD and alcoholism.
My approach is collaborative and employ evidence-based practice. I offer both medication management and supportive talk therapy, tailoring treatment plans to each person’s unique needs and goals. I provide virtual appointments which allows clients to easily access care from their home.
During first session I provide comprehensive assessment to assess mental health concerns and discuss medications and treatment plans.
I offer 15 minutes consultation prior to first session if requested by clients to discuss needs and concerns prior to first sesion.
