Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychotherapist with extensive training in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Mindfulness-Based approaches. I bring a flexible, integrative approach to therapy, tailoring our work to best meet your unique needs and goals.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting clients with issues related to identity, self-esteem, and stress management.

I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and empowered—where you can explore your story, build on your strengths, and move toward healing and growth.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or simply want to better understand yourself, I’m here to collaborate with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I see therapy as a partnership—you're the expert on your life, and my role is to help you explore patterns, gain insight, and develop tools to navigate challenges more effectively.

In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected. I aim to balance exploration of the past with practical strategies for the present, helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to what matters most in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools they can use in daily life. My aim is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and capable of facing life’s challenges.

I create a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—where you can speak freely, explore difficult emotions, and feel truly seen and supported. Over time, many clients experience increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a stronger sense of purpose and direction.

Together, we set goals that are meaningful to you and work at a pace that feels right. While therapy can sometimes be challenging, I also believe in making space for humor, hope, and moments of connection along the way.
