Great to meet you!

I have a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and since 2013 have worked as a licensed psychologist in various settings with adults from a wide variety of backgrounds who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns. I am experienced with evidence-based practices and have devoted much of my career to training graduate students and early career therapists to provide the best care possible to their patients. I value forming strong relationships and a thorough understanding of what my patients are experiencing. I'm married with three children and the newest addition to our family, a feisty one-year old puppy named Maggie. If I'm not in the therapy room you will probably find me enjoying the outdoors, watching sports, or coaching one of my kids' teams.

My approach to therapy

I value tailoring my therapy approach to each person, recognizing that every patient is an individual with their own history, experiences, strengths, and challenges. I strive to collaborate openly with patients to develop and work toward their goals for therapy.

What you can expect from me

My goal from the first session is to create a warm, understanding, and trusting relationship, as we begin the journey together to help you get more of what you want out of life.
