Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and grief. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and feel more grounded. Much of my career has focused on helping individuals adjust to chronic illness, and I’ve since expanded my practice to support adults from diverse backgrounds navigating a wide range of life challenges.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy is a brave step, and I believe in normalizing that experience by creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for your emotions. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative partnership, with meaningful work happening both during and between sessions. My goal is to provide an environment where it feels safe and natural to open up about life’s most difficult challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on getting to know your story and identifying the goals you’d like to work toward in therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan that supports your growth and helps you move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
