A bit about my approach to therapy

Reeti provides counseling services to adults. She utilizes principles from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Therapy (Exposure Response Prevention for OCD) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients develop new skills to meet their social, career, and educational goals. Additionally, Reeti helps individuals resolve multicultural identity issues and improve communication among families.

We work together using evidence-based techniques to help you feel better fast. I also strongly suggest the use of self help books to supplement our therapy sessions.
