My approach blends trauma-focused CBT with psychiatric medication management, so we address both the thought patterns keeping anxiety and trauma in place and, when useful, the biological piece that talk alone can't reach. Years in acute hospital psychiatry taught me how to stay calm and clear-eyed through a crisis, and I bring that same steadiness into every session: practical, collaborative, and focused on progress you can feel week to week, not just insight for its own sake. Sessions are offered fully by telehealth, wherever you are in California.
