Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, or painful relationships on your own. Healing begins when you finally feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be yourself without fear of judgment. I am a licensed therapist in New York with 20 years of professional experience helping clients navigate abuse, anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief and bereavement, anger management, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and grounded in genuine human connection. My goal is to help you move from surviving to feeling more confident, fulfilled, and emotionally at peace.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy that centers on your unique experiences and goals. I work to create an open and safe environment where you can explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without fear of criticism or shame. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping strategies, and strengthen your ability to manage stress, process trauma, and improve relationships. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood at your own pace. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you do not have to have all the answers or “say the right thing.” By the end of the session, you will leave with a clearer sense of direction, support, and a plan for moving forward toward the healthier and happier life you deserve.
