Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Regina Clark, DSW, LCSW, and I work with children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma and are ready to begin their healing journey. I specialize in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and play therapy for young children.

In our sessions, you will find a safe, supportive space where you are seen, heard, valued, and never rushed. I believe every person’s story deserves compassion, understanding, and care. My practice is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and emotional wellness.

I do this work because healing can be difficult, but you are not meant to walk through it alone. I believe growth, restoration, and healing are possible, and I am honored to support individuals and families as they move toward hope, balance, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in both clinical expertise and compassionate presence. I believe healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I meet clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences while helping them explore the underlying patterns and experiences connected to their current challenges.

I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Whether I am working with a young child, teen, adult, couple, or military family, I tailor the therapeutic process to align with your unique goals, strengths, cultural background, and personal needs.

Together, we work to identify patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self. My work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and spiritual grounding, with the belief that therapy should not only help you cope, but also support meaningful healing, growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you can expect a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you explore the underlying causes of your challenges while developing practical strategies for healing, growth, and emotional wellness. Together, we work toward gaining insight into patterns of thinking, behavior, and emotions; building healthy coping skills and emotional regulation; strengthening self-esteem and confidence; improving communication and relationships; and processing trauma in a way that restores a sense of safety, balance, and control.

Each session is intentional, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, or emotional overwhelm, you can expect to feel seen, supported, empowered, and encouraged throughout your healing journey.
