Great to meet you!

Hello, Prospective Client! My name is Regina, and I hope to support you on your journey toward clarity, healing, and growth. I’ve worked for over 20 years with women, men, and teens across education, business, sports, and marriage ministry, and I understand how complex life’s challenges can be. (Ages 15 and up, preferred)

I believe every behavior reflects an underlying need, and together we’ll work to uncover those root issues. I do not aim to project my own beliefs or values onto a person; instead, I use your identity, worldview, and strengths as the foundation for our work. I’m human and have my own limitations, but I’m committed to offering empathy, affirmation, thoughtful challenges, and practical strategies that have helped many clients.

In our sessions, I use creative check-ins, journaling, writing exercises, Socratic questioning, and optional letter‐writing to help you understand your thoughts, moods, and patterns. These tools often reveal insights you may not have noticed before. If you’re exploring your future, we’ll look at your beliefs, values, and strengths, use assessments to highlight what matters most, and set meaningful goals that align with who you are.

Your healing and clarity matter deeply to me. I don’t have a magic wand to set you right, but what I do have is a grounded, compassionate approach designed to help you grow in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered, evidence-based approach to therapy that utilizes your own skills, beliefs, and values to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I also utilize a goal-setting approach that entails "homework" assignments that can range from monitoring your own moods and thoughts to writing and assessments.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be 45-minutes in length in order for me to introduce myself to you, complete an evaluation, and inform you of all of the business details of my practice (hours, times, cancellations, engaging a guest in a session, etc.).
