Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege in New York and over 10 years of experience in behavioral health. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, substance use concerns, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring what's important to you and working toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, person-centered, and solution-focused approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you reach your goals. Together, we'll explore what is working, identify barriers to change, and build on your strengths. While I focus on helping clients make progress, I also respect that therapy is a personal journey and will move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I'll ask questions to better understand your concerns, experiences, and what has brought you to therapy, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll start identifying goals and exploring what's most important in your life right now. I understand that clarity often develops over time, so we'll take things one step at a time and allow the process to unfold naturally.
