Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy can provide both the space to better understand yourself and the support to make changes that improve how you feel and function in everyday life.

My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive while still being practical and goal-oriented. I’ll take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore what may be getting in the way, build on what’s already working, and develop strategies that feel realistic for your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe effective therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than following the same formula for everyone. We’ll work together to understand the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to current challenges while identifying meaningful opportunities for change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care. Our work may involve developing healthier coping skills, processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, managing emotions, or finding new perspectives and ways of responding to challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We’ll start with what feels most important to you and build from there.

You can expect me to be engaged, compassionate, and honest throughout our work together. I’ll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and offer both support and practical guidance as we work toward your goals. My hope is that therapy helps you gain greater clarity, feel more confident in yourself, and leave with tools and insights you can continue using outside of our sessions.
