Great to meet you!

Many people spend years carrying anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, addiction, or overwhelming emotions while continuing to show up for everyone else. On the outside it may seem like you're managing, but inside you feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You don't have to navigate that alone.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience, I provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My work often focuses on helping individuals navigating anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction recovery, identity concerns, women's issues, and major life transitions. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, authentic, and tailored to your unique experiences. Every person brings their own story, strengths, relationships, and challenges into the room, and my goal is to understand the whole picture—not simply the symptoms that brought you to therapy.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you're working through anxiety, addiction recovery, mood disorders, identity exploration, grief, or relationship challenges, we'll work together to create meaningful goals and lasting change that aligns with your values and the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first experience with counseling. During our first sessions, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, your strengths, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are respected and your goals matter. Together, we'll strengthen healthy coping skills, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create a realistic plan that supports growth, healing, and lasting change both inside and outside of therapy.
