My name is Regina O Iwueze. I am a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training from South College, where I developed a strong foundation in mental health care. I have extensive experience working with individuals across a broad age range from 12-year-old adolescents to seniors over 65. My focus areas include OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder/ Manic Depressive illness, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders and ADHD.
My approach to care is holistic and collaborative. I aim to create a safe and non- judgmental space where clients feel empowered to share their experiences. I tailor treatment plans to each individual's unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices such as medication management and therapeutic interventions. I also prioritize education, ensuring my clients understand their conditions and treatment options. Together, we work towards achievable and sustainable goals.
