Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Regina, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 20 years of nursing experience caring for individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and stages of life. My nursing career has allowed me to support patients through some of their most vulnerable moments, including years working in hospice and end-of-life care, emergency medicine, addictions, and mental health. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, holistic approach to psychiatric care.

I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, and addiction concerns, including alcohol use, substance use, and gambling. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and actively involved in your care.

At Grace Psychiatry & Wellness, I believe mental health treatment should be personalized and collaborative. Together, we will explore your concerns, develop an evidence-based treatment plan, and work toward improving your overall wellness and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and concerns.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, I have cared for individuals from diverse backgrounds during many different stages of life. My experience in mental health, emergency care, and hospice has shaped my understanding of how life experiences, trauma, grief, stress, and personal challenges impact overall wellness.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, anger management, and addiction concerns, including alcohol, substance use, and gambling. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment, medication management when appropriate, education, and supportive collaboration to help clients achieve their personal mental health goals.

I believe healing happens when clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will create a treatment plan that supports your individual needs and helps you move toward balance, resilience, and improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We will take the time to discuss your story, current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, life experiences, and personal goals.

I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective care. Together, we will explore what challenges you are facing and develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that aligns with your needs and values. This may include medication management, education, lifestyle considerations, coping strategies, and ongoing support.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling respected, supported, and hopeful, with a better understanding of the next steps in your mental health journey. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, learning difficulties, or addiction-related challenges, we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
