Great to meet you!

Practice! All of life is practice. Hi, I’m Gina. It would be an honor to be a small part of your journey in the ever-evolving practice of leaning into life and learning to feel alive in who you are. I enjoy making meaningful connections with adults who feel exhausted from striving, questioning their worth, or carrying emotional pain that feels difficult to name. I work with clients who are navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief while trying to stay functional and grounded.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in authenticity and shaped by person-centered, humanistic, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches. I integrate Trauma-Focused CBT and DBT while examining the tensions between Existentialism and Social Constructionism, gently exploring patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that keep you feeling stuck.

What you can expect from me

You can expect the first session to be a warm, welcoming, and collaborative conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore current concerns, relevant background, and clarify goals for therapy, including what meaningful outcomes would look like for you.
