Regina Nay is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida since 2005. She has more than 20 years of experience in treating mental health disorders as well as offering holistic methods to her clients. Regina specializes in many modalities of therapy yet focuses on each clients needs to use specific modalities of treatment. She has had many years working with young children to adults who have had or currently going through trauma. Within her framework she helps her clients focus on the potential of their inner strength while serving as a guide to their well being.

My approach to therapy

Regina empowers each client to self awareness while coaching them on improving coping mechanisms. Currently her area of expertise is in Trauma, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD treatment, Parenting, Eating disorders and general life issues. She has extensive experience working with children and families.

One of my strengths in providing therapy is my personal experience in loss and trauma. I truly believe in our inner potential to find peace and balance. I am not religious , however I feel connected spiritually to what I believe. The journey of self awareness is not a mystery to me, it is an every day practice. While working with me, you will be able to have more introspection, awareness and the tools to provide yourself a more balanced and healthy life.
