Great to meet you!

Greetings:)

My first name is Regina. I am a kind, thoughtful mental health practitioner who thoroughly enjoys assisting people overcome their respective challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes in spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical alignment. I specialize in cultural & ethnic issues, e.g., racial trauma, women's issues, domestic violence, severe anxiety, and mood disorders, e.g., Bipolar 1, all from a Christian perspective (I work with non-Christians too as I'm about helping people from all faith/non-spiritual backgrounds.) I am now accepting new clients for in-person and virtual transformation sessions!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to be direct, challenging, humorous, and solution-focused. I incorporate various treatment approaches, e.g., CBT, MI, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Faith-Based. Basically, I use and tailor what I know, based on where you're at, and what you need to help you become the best version of yourself!

What you can expect from me

I create a safe and welcoming environment from day 1. I will introduce myself formally, review expectations, ask questions - hold space for you to ask questions, and keep reminding you of your courage & bravery on seeking help via mental health counseling. You are - and have always been: enough:)
