Great to meet you!

As a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner, I’m passionate about helping individuals take control of their mental well-being and feel empowered in their daily lives. With over a decade of experience in nursing, I’ve dedicated the last several years to specializing in adult mental health care, with a focus on treating anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, mood symptoms, and life transitions.

I provide both medication management and supportive psychotherapy, tailoring each treatment plan to your unique needs and goals. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My goal is to work collaboratively with you to build resilience, clarity, and lasting change. Let’s take this next step together toward a healthier, more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, compassionate, and collaborative way, creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported. My approach is rooted in active listening—I want to fully understand your experiences, not just your symptoms. I bring a charismatic and down-to-earth energy to our sessions so you feel comfortable being your authentic self.

I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, lifestyle, and environmental stressors. Whether we are exploring medication options, behavioral strategies, or deeper patterns impacting your life, my goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and support needed to thrive.

I provide evidence-based medication management and supportive therapy, incorporating approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions when appropriate. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, mood disorders, and stress-related challenges, and I tailor each treatment plan to your unique story, goals, and needs.

What you can expect from me

I create a calming, judgment-free space where you can be open and honest without fear, and where progress—no matter how big or small—is always celebrated. Each session is tailored to your needs, blending evidence-based practices with a holistic lens so you can experience lasting, meaningful growth both mentally and physically.
