Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other life challenges. In addition to this practical experience, I also hold an MBA in Human Resources and Global Business, as well as an MA in Education.

My approach to therapy

I use a strength-based and solution-focused approach to help clients achieve their desired outcomes by identifying and building on their strengths. I also incorporate techniques from CBT, which focuses on modifying unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, and psychodynamic therapy, which explores emotional dynamics affecting current experiences.
