Great to meet you!

I am a master’s-level psychotherapist (Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC). Before starting my individual practice, I had the privilege of working as a military and family life counselor, supporting active-duty service members and their families, I have experience working in a behavioral health center and residential treatment centers, where I supported clients dealing with depression, childhood and sexual trauma, and military-related issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary focus is on working with adolescents and adults, using a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach. I believe in helping clients identify and grow their strengths, and I will be alongside you as you work through and celebrate small successes towards your ultimate treatment goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to help you build resilience and develop the skills you need to navigate life's challenges.
