The client possibly may need help with emotional regulation, anxiety, self-image issues, ADHD, domestic violence, etc. Their goals pertain to specific objectives and interventions, which would determine their willingness to work successfully on their own. A client would not want judgment and drama; however, a more caring, empathic, and nonjudgmental environment.
