Great to meet you!

Regina Ventura is a board certified Mental Health Counselor, from Aventura Fl, who works with adults and provides care for patients who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, personal growth, relationship problems and life transition issues. She has expertise in treating the emotional problems of the physically ill patients.

My approach to therapy

Regina has been trained as a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. She has practiced psychodynamic psychotherapy for 27 years. She worked extensively in psycho oncology. As a Certified Grief Counselor she works with people going through processes of grief: loss of loved ones or losses due to transitions and changes. Regina accompanies bereaved parents through the hard journey of adapting to a "new normal" in their life after the painful death of their children.

What you can expect from me

Regina believe that through psychotherapy, people will achieve deep self-knowledge, will expand resilience mechanisms, and will improve overall well-being and personal growth.
