Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with a background in education and school counseling. Working in schools shaped how I show up as a therapist and deepened my commitment to creating a safe, supportive space where you can process what you’re going through and build emotional resilience. I work with adolescents, adults, and families around anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. I also offer faith-integrated support when requested and always follow your values and preferences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I blend CBT, Narrative Therapy, and person-centered strategies to help you build practical coping skills while also understanding the “why” behind your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. My style is warm and strengths-based, and I deeply respect your background, culture, and lived experience. I see therapy as a true partnership—we’ll walk through your story together, make sense of it, and develop tools that support a life rooted in wholeness and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where you’re seen, heard, and validated. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll help guide the conversation so you don’t have to have it all figured out. My hope is that you leave feeling a bit lighter, more empowered, and like you’re already taking real steps toward feeling and doing better.
