Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Regina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I know that seeking help can be challenging, but therapy has greatly impacted my life. I have a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University, focusing on mental health. Since 2009, I’ve worked with diverse populations, especially children and the elderly. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. My hours of availability are evenings Monday and Wednesday and Sundays 11am to 2pm EST. I look forward to working with you—let’s get started!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very laid-back and easy to talk to. I believe we all have the capacity to learn, change, and face our struggles as true warriors.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that each client leaves a session feeling supported and empowered to take control of their lives.
