Great to meet you!

I am very experienced both in life and as a psychotherapist. I have earned a Doctorate in Human Services Administration, A Masters of Social Work, and A Bachelor’s of Social work. I am married and am a father, and have endured my own recovery journey and enjoy helping others overcome their own mental, emotional and physical challenges.

My approach to therapy

I like to meet my clients where they are, non judgmentally, and with compassion and warmth, so they know their is hope for recovery and healing.

What you can expect from me

A better understanding of the connections between how they think, and how that impacts everything else about their life experience. I want them to know that there is no problem that is insurmountable and that they can improve their overall quality of life by making this investment of time into their recovery and healing!
