Reginald Wells, PhD, LPC, CPCS, C-DBT, Level 1 trained in 12STR, has been assisting clients in achieving their goals by providing therapeutic and clinical support for more than 30 years. Dr Wells is certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy therapist (C-DBT) and is preparing to attain full certification with 12 STAR (Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery). His experience ranges from working children in an outdoor therapeutic center and psychiatric hospital setting, to working in a non-intensive mental/behavioral health outpatient agency and Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) agency. Dr Wells also opened his own private practice (Well Living Counseling and Consulting, LLC) and has been operating since 2017.

My approach to therapy

Dr Wells focuses on guiding clients on skills that are effective for the client and introduces new coping strategies to help clients better manage themselves. A person centered behavioral approach helps clients that Dr Wells is assisting to recognize their inner strength while also improve themselves daily.
