Throughout the therapeutic process, I plan to share several skills and techniques that will help you become more effective and efficient in regards to managing thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Clients can come to a safe, judgment-free session and learn different ways to overcome obstacles that have plagued them for some time. Within 2-4 weeks, clients may begin to see small improvements in thought patterns and managing emotions if they implement learned skills and techniques in their daily routines.
