Great to meet you!

My name is Reginalle Gill, pronounced “Regina,” and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of nursing experience in acute-care caring for patients across the lifespan from newborn to geriatric. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Bi-polar Disorder, ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and mental healthcare focused on women's mental health as they navigate life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping individuals and families honor their cultural roots while recognizing and healing from trauma. My goal is to support you in understanding how past experiences shape your present, breaking cycles of generational trauma, and growing into the person you aspire to be. My approach to patient care is individualized and patient center. I am a part of my clients healthcare team. My job is to educate, support, provide evidence-based clinical care and recommendations, and support my client in what they decide is the best decision for themselves.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will get to know each other, covering both why you are seeking care and do a thorough clinical review of your back ground and previous care. There will be opportunity for questions to be asked, and together we will make a plan of care for the next visit.
