Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinician and doctoral candidate with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, and difficult life transitions. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward after challenging experiences. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the strengths that already exist within you.

I believe therapy is a powerful process of both “undoing and redoing” — understanding patterns that may no longer serve you while creating healthier ways of thinking, coping, and relating to others. Together, we work to identify the underlying causes of distress and develop practical tools that support healing, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth. My hope is to empower you to take ownership of your life and create the direction and future you desire.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on supporting individuals who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I take an integrative and compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients better understand how past experiences, emotional patterns, and stressors may be affecting their current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

Together, we explore these experiences in a supportive environment while developing practical strategies that promote emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth. My goal is to help you gain insight into the patterns that may be holding you back while building the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self from the very beginning. This is an opportunity for us to talk about what brings you to therapy, explore the challenges you may currently be facing, and begin identifying the goals you would like to work toward.

I believe therapy works best when there is both support and accountability. I will challenge you when needed, while also being your advocate and champion throughout the process. Together, we will work toward meaningful change so that you can begin to see, feel, and live the growth you are creating in your life.
