Great to meet you!

I believe that we are always one decision away from living the exact life that we want! I am a first-generation Haitian-American graduate from SUNY Albany & Stony Brook University. I've worked in the mental health field for 12 years and still find myself energized by the stories of my incredibly brave clients. In my practice, I help first generation Women of Color break free from rescuing others and give them tangible tools to begin healing themselves through daily practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am deeply motivated to help Black and BIPOC women thrive in their daily lives holistically. My approach is a mixture of CBT, DBT, Motivation, and lots of Positive Psychology. I like to lovingly push my clients towards actually achieving their goals through daily practice. Because PRACTICE makes PROGRESS!

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, we will co-create a healthy non-judgmental space where you can be your true self and openly discuss whatever is troubling you. I believe that the truth can set you free and freedom, I believe, is the very first step to unlocking and living the life of your dreams.
