Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am Dr. Regine Muradian, a licensed clinical psychologist, children’s author, speaker, and mental health advocate. In my clinical practice, I work with adults navigating a wide range of emotional stressors. My goal is to help you discover your inner strengths, find your passion, and create lasting, positive change in your life. I firmly believe there is no age limit to success. It all begins with an idea, and together, we will build the path to achieving it.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I integrate evidence-based techniques with a warm, motivating, and culturally sensitive framework. Here are the core pillars of my therapeutic approach:

  • Collaborative & Goal-Oriented: We work as a team. We collaborate to define clear goals and map out a practical, actionable path toward positive change.
  • Multicultural & Inclusive: Having a diverse background and being fluent in French and Romanian, I naturally incorporate multicultural perspectives into my practice.
  • Specialized & Evidence-Based: As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and a specialist in Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and eating disorders, I utilize proven clinical modalities tailored to your specific needs.
  • Holistic & Developmental Perspective: I look at the whole person, including cognitive, emotional, and systemic factors, to help you build resilience, improve communication, and foster healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

Here is what you can expect during our initial intake session:

  • A Warm Welcome & Safe Space: We will begin by establishing a comfortable environment where you can freely share your concerns. I focus on building rapport and making the experience engaging and stress-free.
  • A Comprehensive Understanding: We will discuss what brings you to therapy at this time, your current emotional stressors, and any relevant history. We will also explore your unique strengths, interests, and background, which helps me understand you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
  • Clarifying Goals: We will begin to outline what success looks like for you. Whether you are seeking support for Anxiety, ADHD, or other concerns, we will identify your primary objectives for our work together.
  • Collaborative Planning: By the end of the session, we will discuss initial recommendations and map out a personalized treatment plan. You will leave with a clear understanding of how we will work together to foster positive change and help you reach your goals.
