Great to meet you!

I don’t encourage clients to “look on the brighter side”—I remind them that they are the brighter side. Each of us carries an inner light that can guide us back to ourselves. If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken the first step toward deeper self-exploration and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, I help clients build insight, confidence, and resilience while creating healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. I believe effective therapy begins with a trusting, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted as they grow

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. This is also a time for you to ask questions and get a sense of how therapy with me will feel.

You won’t be pressured to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
